"Cute packaging, honestly made my day"
My order from alexandani.com showed up packaged really nicely. I’ll admit I was kind of rushing when I opened it, so I wasn’t expecting to care much, but the box looked cute and everything inside was neat and protected. The bracelet felt secure and nothing was damaged or tossed around. It felt like opening a little gift to myself, which was a nice surprise. Overall, I was really happy with how it was presented.

"The shipping was just okay overall..."
The shipping was just okay overall. It definitely took a little longer than I thought it would, so I found myself checking the tracking more than I probably needed to, mostly because I wasn’t sure if it was delayed or just moving slowly. That said, the package did eventually show up, and everything arrived in good condition, so there wasn’t any real issue besides the extra wait.

"Fair price for cute bracelets"
I ordered a couple of bracelets from alexandani.com, and to be fair, I think they’re a solid buy for what I paid. I caught them during a sale, which definitely helped, but even then the quality felt reasonable and the pieces actually looked a little nicer in person than I expected.
Shipping wasn’t especially fast or slow, just standard, and everything arrived packaged well. I’ve worn the bracelets several times now and they’re holding up nicely. They’re not high-end jewelry, but I wouldn’t judge them like they are either — for the price, I’m genuinely happy with them.

"Really nice quality"
I got a bracelet from Alex and Ani and I’m really happy with it. It feels solid and well-made, not flimsy or cheap at all. The finish is really too, and it hasn’t tarnished so far. Overall, it just feels like a piece I’ll actually enjoy wearing, so I’d definitely buy from them again.

I like the Alex and Ani designs, especially the bracelets and little charms. They’re simple, cute, and easy to wear every day. After browsing a bit, some pieces start to feel similar, but the overall style is still nice and easy to match. 4 stars because I’d love to see more fresh designs.

I ordered a bracelet from alexandani.com and it was really pretty, but the size just wasn’t right for me, so I figured I’d exchange it.
The return instructions seemed clear enough at first, but then I got kind of confused because the updates were slower than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure if it was moving along or if I needed to do something else, so I ended up checking back a couple times, which was annoying.
The exchange did go through eventually, and customer service was polite when I reached out. It wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit slower and less smooth than I thought it would be.

"I’ve had this for a few months now..."
I’ve had this for a few months now and it still looks really good. There’s no tarnishing, and it’s holding up way better than I expected. it makes me happy that it still feels just as nice as when I first got it.
